Very childish for you to be dreaming about air wars between the PAF and RAF! Where did this come from?

The British Armed Forces are entirely insufficient to mount any kind of significant international operations, so the question of such a conflict doesn't even arise. Just comparing Typhoons to F-7PGs in the absence of a wider picture is noobish behaviour.

The meta point being made was that Britain is no longer a significant military power, and over time, will cease to be one entirely.

On a lighter note, why do we need to send the PAF to Britain? There are already enough Pakistanis there who are managing fine on their own

F16/52 seem a big thing to Pakistanis.

I can see why its streets ahead of the F7 & MIRAGE 3/5 which are 2nd generation technology.

But to suggest an average F16/52 can out perform the $100 m Typhoon is generally considered 2nd only to F22 is outrageous comment.

just 1 squadron of JSF. I heard that UK was the second largest contributor towards the program. I feel really bad for the RAF and the people of UK as well.

A very old news I read UK was to order 300 JSFs now it trimmed down to 20-25 JSFs.

As to update you UK budget included maintaining and up gradation of WMDs. So naturally $60 Billion makes sense. But its all over..
Another updates their Military budget will be trimmed down drastically perhaps 50% due to phasing out of squadrons/Aircraft Carriers/Ships.
And don't forget next step is inevitable reduction in WMDs.

Truly they are shrinking in size, but they have backing of NATO which itself is a power.
