No - Benazir can be male name too. Depends on culture.

Benazir simply means one without "Nazir" (equal, example, peer). In other words peerless or "without equal". Can be male or female name in Bangladesh.

More on point - this decision by the US is odd, because the RAB was mostly doing the dirty work of the US (and in some cases India) by pursuing and catching trans-national terrorists. But of course we all know, one man's terrorist is another man's freedom fighter.

I'm using my own brain , but I'm not professional, so in such cases if I give any decisive opinion , it will be considered spreading rumor and I will be charged.
