Prophet Adam arrived some 10,000 years ago so there is no chance humans existed 350 million years ago. Humanoid may have been much older but as the Quran says, they weren't even mentionable species by then.

On the most ancient reminiscent on the planet are Pyramids (or stone henge if you argue), and at best, they are 50,000 years old. Some howerver claim they are 12,000 years (Graham Hancock) and others have 3500 years old narrative (Zahi Hawaas).

But Allah had created Djin before humans and they have been dwelling on the Earth before Adam came down. Before Dajins, there may be more species or forms of life which Allah established and then destroyed - WaAllah o Aalim o Khair. (Allah alone knows the best).

According to Quran, there’s were 124,000 prophets sent to Earth. The chronological difference between Muhammad (pbuh) and Jesus was approximately 572 years. And the difference between Jesus and Moses was even more than that. So you do the math.
