The chief minister said underground tank with a capacity storage of 1.4 million gallons of water has been made in Lahore. A new sewerage line will be built from Larex Colony to Gulshan-i-Ravi.

It is modelled after reservoirs in Japan and the United States, which offer an effective use of water resources and disaster prevention especially in metropolitan areas.

Is not it that Karachi annual rainfall is too low and there are less number of heavy storms there? Only heavy storms can provide water in Karachi.

Faisalabad par bhi nazar e karam farmaiye. The roads here are too far away from being repaired. Sewage system is all messed up. We get rain water standing for about 1.5 days. No proper traffic system. No proper electrical works. No proper industrial area. No proper public transport given by GOP. This city has been neglected for too long. Sharifs did win all over Faisalabad but did nothing for it.

A great initiative. There are other ways also there to boost ground water. Just do organic farming.

Al problems in Karachi are linked with lack of garbage disposal. Sindh govt is deliberately trying to turn Karachi into a garbage dump so that if lunatics ever get seats from karachi they will clean up everything and win hearts and minds of people. Last time they were cleaning up karachi they found sand bags inside nullahs and storm drains so who do you think put them there. PTI and MQM wouldnt dream of sabotoging their own vote bank so only one left is PPP. Entire situation has all the hail marks of PPP. Last time i went to karachi my relative told me that garbage turks come and they dump garbage in the middle of roads and near residential areas after picking them up from other locations. It is not as if people who live there are not aware of what is going on but they are powerless due to jamhoriat.

Um the fall in coronavirus and the underwater storage facilities that permanently solved problem in Lahore,s choke points are the proof you are looking for
