On Sunday, a complete inquiry report of the JIT revealed that members of the Pakhtoon Students Federation, the student wing of the Awami National Party, incited the mob to kill Mashal on the pretext of blasphemy.

The report stated the murder was premeditated as the group was threatened by Mashal's activities because he would raise his voice against irregularities at Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan.

ANP which is known to be a secular, racist, ethinic anti federation party triggered all this obviously to make the blasphemy law controversial and to trigger attacks on the islamic ideology of Pakistan and to shame Pakistan internationally at a time when anti islam anti pakistan bloggers were bieng picked up by law enforcement agencies, obviously this drama was orchestrated by them to stop law enforcement agencies from arresting this social media terrorists, slowly but steadily IA the true face of these roaches will be exposed, these liberal seculars are allies of ttp, they always defend bla and secular lawyers like asma jahagir always jump to defend terrorists of ttp, ttp's job was to attack and kill muslims and these secular liberals had the task to attack the ideology of muslims, a perfect two pronged attack...

This is their standard operating procedure, they lure immature minds into working for them and then kill them themselves to make a controversy by accusing the state, this was also done in sabeen mehmoods case, bla ttp used her for propoganda and than killed her themselves to push blame on to isi and army to internationally and internally isolate the deep pakistani state.

What on earth are you on about ? The murderers used the imperfection in the blasphemy law to murder an innocent person and youre saying they did this to make the law look bad ? Of course the law is going to look bad because it has given the justification of hundreds of murders. Youre saying the murderers were secular and liberal ? Are you dumb or do you just pretend to be ?

Read the above report and connect the dots u fool....the jit confirmed that anp instigated this, why did anp a secular party instigate a killing by accusations of blasphemey, dont lurk in the shadows by denying concrete proofs like a child throwing tantrums...

Do u propose that we get rid of punishment for theft if a mob catches a thief and takes law into own hands and kills the culprit??

The elephant in the room must be adressed at all costs " why did ANP, a secular party instigate a killing on pretext of blasphemy???"... the culprits here are not some religious party like jamat e islami but ANP a secular party.

This be a rather quiet thread @Awan68

Mishal was relevant only for the anti-blasphemy voices then. Now that members of a Secular party stand responsible for his murder, those voices are not bothered.

The world is small for some people, they only believe what the eye sees

It was kind expected that main culprits will be from PSF as Wali Khan university is all about corrupt ANP. That being said all kind of people participated in lynching of Mashaal including guys from PTI and IJT....after initial inciting by PSF, a mob mentality prevailed

The basic point remains: the blasphemy laws are ripe for misuse - by anybody, against anybody.
+1

to have such a massive tin foil hat on your head that you think this murder was a conspiracy to defame the blasphemy law..... some serious insecurity issues you have, buddy.
for the sake of argument let's assume you're right. that it was a conspiracy. even then, does it make sense to kill one of your own? to kill another person who is an advocate of secularism? that goes too far by any conspiring camp's logical and moral standards. at least scapegoat a neutral, non partisan person.
but lets get back to the point here. about the psf, this isn't the 60s and 70s anymore. there are hardly any young pakhtuns left who believe in secularism because of all the zia era propaganda coupled with the *** backwards, ridiculously conservative pakhtun society, so the anp is left no choice but to play the ethnic and victim card to draw in young supporters because it knows no one will join if they rally with the slogan of 'secular liberal party'.
so they're left to recruiting people like these lynchers, who probably went to madrassas everyday for 15 years of their life until university. they could've just as well been pti workers, ppp workers, pmln or any other party. they still would've lynched him and gotten away with it.

The absolute hypcritical denial and two faced stances of some people is rather apparent in this thread, i wont discuss this matter further with hypocrites, what the JIT has exposed is enough to clear heads of those with real intiution and worth...what the zombies think is of no consiquence in the greater design of things....

So are all other laws concerning theft, murder etc..remember sialkot lynching of two boys or the frequent cases we hear where robbers and are caught and sometimes lynched or other times beaten to an inch of their lives, should we abandon the laws on theft etc too?? The argument u present is flawed to its core and no legal tribunal or court of law will accept it, im saying this as a man accosiated with the legal circles..

Hypocrissy at its peak...

Nothing gives a cause the oxygen it needs better than a martyrs blood.....

Time when TTP invaded NWFP it was ANP in-charge of provincial affairs.
This was first time ANP was in rule and it was the time after Indo-US invasion of Afghanistan.
While TTP was invading Pakistan, Wali Khan made various trips to US/India and even met US and Indian intelligence officials in secret.
He tried to divide Pakistan on ethnic and linguistic grounds.
Now his thugs armed with weapons are terrorizing every citizen of NWFP, why is PTI govt. so quite about it?

I agree with you - nothing really matters in a lawless society like Pakistan where mobs rule. Such objections apply only to civilized societies, obviously.

There are no civlized societies mate, there are just those where rule of law is implemented relentlessly and those where it isnt. The laws are not up for misuse, its the abscense of implementation of these laws that lead to this anarchy... the only way out of this is a better transparent political interference free policing and judicial system...beating around the bush never solves anything, u have to grab the beast by its neck...

Here is the report of JIT

Yes they are absolute traitors, i dont knw why our state is so soft upon ANP and MQM.

Civilization is a hoax, i was approaching this matter from another philosophical school of thought, i thought u would knw about this....anyhow yes leaving that debate aside i agree that rule of law is not only a feature of social order but it is its very corner stone..
