This is dumb beyond measure, ask someone who has a dog, dogs are either in the house, or with the dogs family, they are not sent out on their own.

All this idiot has done is to make a video of a dog with his head out of the window, a very normal thing to do for a dog, he does not know who else was in the car, or anything of the sort.

If people do not know what it is like having a pet, then it is better for them not to pass judgement, and make stupid comments.

The guy who is making the video has a Peepee flag on his car. This means he is a PPP minister.

Well you may be right but keeping in view the cultural sentiment of our nation. This act of Governor is making that car "unclean". WHo gives him the right to make sarkari property unclean. They want to take that dog out , take it in your own car.

Cultural sentiment of the nation?

Are you kidding me?
There are millions of peoples in Pakistan who have dogs, I had a dog when I was younger, in Pakistan, my grandfather had a dog in his old age. that he loved dearly, and I dare anyone to call him any less of a Muslim. Please keep personal sentiments in the house of people who wish to treat pets like untouchables, and, not impose their views on the rest of the country.

People are free to live the lives they wish to live, as long it is not effecting anyone else's life, having a dog in his bleeding car, effects no one else.

There are millions who hate dogs. No one is calling anyone non muslim or less Muslim here. So cut that Muslim Non Muslim crap. I am saying majority people here will not like to have a dog in that car. Next Governor may not like that. He is transporting his dog in the sarkari car. Which may or may not be used by a dog lover or hater.

Well, you started it, the meaning in your words, implies just that, Muslim non Muslim crap, that's how it starts.

He is the governor, but he is also a human being, with a family, and a life before he was a governor, that dog is part of his life. and, you are being extremely unfair to the point of discrimination. It maybe a Sarkari car, but he is using the facilities afforded to him according to rules, to live his life.

Either take away those perks, or stop complaining, because he is not breaking any rule or any law, and let him live his life peacefully. He is not effecting anyone else, and there are also tens of millions of Pakistanis who love pets, including dogs. he is not there to cater to you, or any particular group. There are people who don't like dogs, but there are also people who do like dogs, grow up and get over it, it is petty thinking.

Caravan is headed towards Murshid di Billi Mazaar.

Firstly is there any evidence the Governor is not in the car with his dog?

1. Whilst he is Governor, the car is for his use, so if it's clean or dirty, it's his business. As long as it is returned in the state it was provided in, it shouldn't be a problem.

2. Dogs aren't inherently unclean. In accordance to Hanafi fiqh, the saliva, mucus or other bodily fluids of dogs are considered unclean from a ritualistic perspective (ie napak). If you have them on your clothes or hands, you must wash the affected item, or re-do your wudu before you can pray. A dry dog is not considered unclean.

Of course dogs aren't ones for etiquette.
