There is no problem with the acquittal, the judge is fair.
But Kyle hurt his friend, Kyle can legally hold a gun, but he can't legally buy a gun. So he asked his friend to buy a gun for him. Now he is not only innocent, but should even be able to obtain huge compensation by suing some media, but his friend have to go to prison for his behavior.

American police are not sissy, they don't hesitate to shoot and kill. On average, American police shoot and kill more than 1000 people every year, of which 99% are not convicted. The reason why American police are hesitant to control the riots is that they or their superiors are afraid to incite the political forces behind the riots. American police will not be convicted of killing innocent blacks with guns, but they will be convicted of provoking politicians.
