Problems in accessing defence.pk recently

For nearly a week I couldn't access PDF. when tried, I saw message"error 118: operation timed out".

Finally I accessed PDF yesterday,couldn't access it today, at morning and could access it only in evening

whats the problem? is site down? or blocked?(cant't be block else how could I access it yesterday and now?

That's because PDF doesn't like you!! Period! That's a new way to keep people like you away instead of banning them!!!
