It's the case of identity formation , You believe your identity as Islam and not Bengali. There is the problem for you and your kins to adhere. Your ancestor chose the being Bengali over Islamic identity and that's hard pill to digest for you.

Nice, even Muslims are saying Muslims in Xinjiang are radicalized. So, tell me what's BD doing? Banning Muslim names to make it more native like names, forcing the 'radicalized' Muslims into re-education camps? Lost count on how many Mosques were flattened by China.

Why should the court rule in favor opinion of Minorities? So, if the court went against the Majority of opinion courts get their secular certificate? They only have to make a judgment based on given facts to them. Did Ram existed or not, is not an issue courts need to examine. They only need to know who has the right to the property.
