I think it's bad to jail journalists, but then again, what do you do with journalists who're part of a terrorist organization, or a gang or a mob ?

Pat them on their back and say well done. No, the only solution is to have a just judicial system, and do whatever it takes to get rid of the lenghty trials, so people can be determined either guilty or innocent in 3-6 months (except in some very serious crimes).

Remember people are innocent until proven otherwise.

I can say/write an article about that I don't believe in a god in Europe or I can say that I don't have a problem with gay people (as long as they don't bother me) without getting stabbed, whereas in many of those lower ranked countries in that list I would have to hide or run for my life.

In Islam evil ideologies like "Atheism" have no Place and are a big Threat for the Society and their Values. If Someone widespread Views like "No God exist" etc. to guide People away from Allah S.W.T Path, this person must become jailed ! In Sharia Person which widespread Atheist Views should be penalized with Death !

If some ordenary People have atheist Views in an Islamic State, they must subordinate it and if they will enjoy a Life with Alcohol, Partys, Zina and other evil practises they should move to a western Country ! Now Turkey are not fully transformed to an real islamic State, so there is a need to jail Atheist for Reasons like "Supporting Terror, if we have Sharia they will be jailed and penalized with Death for widespreading Atheist Views !

Most such "freedom" rankings tend to be heavily biased towards Western interests. However, in this case, I have to say that the bias wasn't as blatant as in certain such rankings.

Turks have to live according to the constitution and not some other outdated book. Deal with it or move to a country where you can live as you wish, for example in Saudi Arabia. Why don't you move there? Answer that question please. Why do you keep on living in evil Germany?

I don't have anything mentoined in my Post that Sharia should be implemented in Germany, here in Germany I want nothing more than practising my Deen ! The Sharia, Allahs S.W.T Law should be implemented in the whole Islamic World. The Sharia is not the Idea of any Human being, it is the Law for Allahs S.W.T Creation and forbid the Evil and allow the Good !

With Sharia Law implemented the islamic World should a example for the wholw Humanity !

Sharia law is the best system for humanity no doubt about that, however you need to have the right people/rulers for this, if you dont have these, which i'm sure we dont, trust me it will only be misused for more power to enslave the people.

I have a question for you, there are a couple of countries which are being ruled with Sharia law, those exists, now what exactly is holding you to move over there? What's the most important reason? Because i guess if you are really convinced that it is done properly in those countries going by the examples we have today, then you should move instead of talking but you are not? why?

Because those countries do not rule according to sharia as i have explained previously.
