Too much money is being spent on the military already!!!

The Gulf leaders should focus on education, healthcare, the infrastructure, the high-tech industry, the IT industry, economic diversification, self-sustainability, scientific research, etc.

That's what they should be focusing on! We're already wasting too much money on military equipment.

No i ment the average citizen should get into fit state and train.
military serves another agenda never the people.
you want to focus on is survival gear and technology etc.
if they wanted you to progress they would have done it on the day the oil pumped out of the ground. They just use the wealth to pay usa protection money to keep them in power and buy usa goods which has hardly use to them.
like weapens which wil be given to isis groups created by usa israel and thier secret brother saudi/gulf countries.
