It will not end. They will keep tearing our countries, or at-least, keep trying until this will start backfiring. And, it is going to happen soon. Dynamics of history can not change. Oppression always ends. I dont see it happening currently in physical or material aspects, but rather as a divine judgment of history which is bound to occur. As it has always been.

No European or Western country is intervening in this issue, only West African nations, and that too after Jammeh has refused to step down even after being defeated in elections. 2ndly, Gambian military head has said that they will not oppose and intervention by Senegal led alliance.

Jammeh’s army chief said late on Wednesday his troops would not fight their entry into the country. “We are not going to involve ourselves militarily. This is a political dispute,” the chief of defence staff, Ousman Badjie, said after eating dinner in a tourist district close to Banjul, witnesses told Agence France-Presse.

“I am not going to involve my soldiers in a stupid fight. I love my men. If they [the Senegalese] come in, we are here like this,” Badjie said, putting his hands up in a surrender gesture.
