I never liked this methodology adopted in Pakistan where half senate is rotated every 3 years... This means for the next three years, the previous government can be a pain for the next government make it fail, come back, but by then the other government would have its 3 yr candidates in, so they'll make the now newer government fail... Cycle goes on.

Every election is strengthening democracy in Pakistan.

A democratic Pakistan with strong politicians who can stand on their own and take a stand without bringing in the Army in the picture every other day works well for the entire region.

Becoming an official colony of UK again is a lot better than having governments of likes of Sharif, Zardari, Bhutto and Altaf.

Atleast when they colonize a place they do work for the progress of the country even if they spend peanuts, unlike the above mentioned people who take trucks loads and spend at microscopic level.

At least our Passports will be stonger and more respected just like Australians
