PPP govt busy in meeting self-centered needs: Nawaz

President Pakistan Muslim League (N), Mian Nawaz Sharif has said Pakistan People’s Party and its allies are doing politics not for welfare of the people but for their own needs. Addressing the office-bearers and political workers of district Gujrat chapter of PML-N, Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif emphasized that politics follows the principle of serving the people but the PPP-government did nothing to resolve serious problems like inflation, unemployment, and electricity load shedding. He said PPP has got the chance of ruling the country for the fifth time but it has never implemented the agenda of bettering the condition of the people. “If PPP were sincere to the cause, the problem of electricity load shedding would have been solved till now, but they are focusing their energies upon corruption and collusion with the judiciary,” he said. The people are frustrated and the economy has come to a halt, he maintained. President PML-N Mian Nawaz Sharif claimed that the people would reject the corrupt party (PPP) in the next general elections. He said the prosperity and development of Pakistan was his party’s manifesto and they will reach their destination soon. He said PML-N got two opportunities of ruling the country and its politicians worked hard to deliver the best but the anti-democratic forces hindered the way to glory.
