The Typhoon, rafale Gripen use it. If the tail is all metal, its a bad idea. But a single piece or two piece composite tail is possible. It also helps to know what stealth your looking for.

First impression looking at the picture is that this is evolution of FC-1/JF-17, an attempt to incorporate as much stealth features as possible to this jet.

No-one can tell you exact figures but they have a budget really to work simultaneously on multiple projects ,don't write them off, you are going to witness a major shift of power ,fasten your seat belts and be prepared for rock n roll
