The tb2 drone has been operated by countries in wars, where neither country had a formidable air force. The air space wasnt being contested.

If Poland uses these against Russia, Russia would just shoot them down with their air force

They are not easily spotted and steatlhy on radars. They fly lower then fighter jets so technically very diffcult for fighter jets to encounter them. You will have to use air defensive systems to target them not air force. Russia has pretty much given everything it has of air-defensive systems to Armenia they managed to stop the Israeli drones but not TB2s they were to elusive

Again, it operating in a contested air space is still yet to be seen. AD can shoot down said drones but if the drones are working alongside EW suites or are incorporating stealth then it's understandable why they were able to crap all over the pantsirs and OSAs. But you have to remember. Russia is no Libya, Syria or Armenia

Just because your name is Russia doesn't mean you have the necessary tech to bring it out of skies not sure iif Russia has the means now but they couldn't do anything to it back in 19' and 20'... Just because of name doesn't mean you have the ability it is a common error on PDF. I recall once someone who was debating with me I told him the Armenia that fought Azb had better defensive systems then China... This person went up and down. I was right tho..

A new tech can come out in the next 5 years it doesn't mean names can bring it down or solve it? If they don't know how it functions they can't it take out and nobody would be able to solve it?

After being remaining 21 years victims of US drones we still not build a working male drone , that should be our high priority but very sad to say that still these burraq and shahpur are for showcase while we need hundreds of these flying on our western side to cover these brave boys fighting with TTP and BLA terrorists ,

anyone have any spec on the platform? like what engine, thrust/HP, payload, weapons package, sensors/CAMS flight ceiling, range, price per unit, how many were produced etc ?

Poor planning is all I can say -- you've seen how the Turk sand Azeri's used drones before sending in any troops they've a lot to learn. But from another officer on this form, mentioned these drones aren't wide spread among the forces and give to a few units. Which honestly is horrible as a wholly different unit needs to be created that can give access to any unit access to a drone when needed. I feel the respect for a soldiers life needs to be upheld greatly in our region instead of the concept you can replace them later on.

and Poland has Fighter Jets including upcoming F35s and Air Defense Systems to hunt Russian Fighter Jets

I don't think Russia gave Armenia their most modern technology, if anything Russia abandoned them. You do use Air Forces to target them, how do you think PAF managed to shoot down an Iranian drone?
