The biggest defaulters of WAPDA are the ones sitting in the assemblies and I'm amazed at there's no action taken yet against the culprits but amazingly there're still people supports these hypocrites once again. Shame on them

The emphasise were on the words 'hope' and 'one day', and by that my reference was to the 'future', where 'change' is coming and where 'higher authorities' will certainly take action.

Most interestingly this electricity was theft in a Jalsa organized by a former Minister of Water and Energy, Liaquat Jatoi in Dadu. This is Pakistan where Ministers of concerned ministry are involved in theft.
