PMA 150' Eyesight Inquiry

I'm gonna be applying for the 150th long course next year. My eyesight is - 2 in both eyes (farsightedness that is). Is that okay? will it affect me in any way during the medical tests.

Your vision must be 20-20 that means you need vision to see what normal person can see 20 ft away.

with or without glasses it says on the advertisement. I have 20/20 vision with my glasses on.
I've heard that some people get rejected over thier eyesight. I don't have any eye disorders though, just a weak eyesight.

With Glasses 20/20 in army in PAF without glasses U can fix with Lasik

Unfortunately the official website is quite and while in the past it has been referring and PAO, which is not available to candidates. This is what i could dig out from some old version of official websites.

Should be 6/6 with or without glasses, however, may be extended as under:-
Distance Vision – With Glasses 6/9 , 6/12
Near Vision – J2, J7 or N8, N12 with or without glasses

In case you are very anxious, you may like visit an eye specialist in CMH for advice.

Take it from me, the limits of weak eyesight is ±3.5 and if you refractive error exceeds it than you are unfit. The aforementioned criteria lies in the VS3 category which is fit for all courses including PMA LONG COURSE, however in GDP you must have 6/6 without glasses. I hope this will answer everybody's queries.
