Prime Minister Mohammad Nawaz Sharif has appreciated the interest shown by Chinese companies in development projects in Pakistan.

He was talking to a delegation of Northeast China Municipal Engineering Design and Research Institute, which called on him in Islamabad on Thursday.

Talking to the delegation, the Prime Minister said Chinese companies are already cooperating with Pakistan in several energy and infrastructure development projects.

The Chinese delegation expressed keen interest in water management, Railways, New Lahore Project and housing sector projects.

The Prime Minister also invited the Institute to invest in the Islamabad-Muzaffarabad railway service.

Pakistan has a lot of friends specially China and all of them want to help Pakistan. Thank you to all of them for all their help and good wishes and good intentions.

I stopped taking him seriously after the talked about achieving 25% GDP growth.....
