ISLAMABAD - Prime Minister Imran Khan has expressed serious concern over the terrible situation and deaths of children in Tharparkar, directing relevant authorities to prepare a relief package for the drought-hit area.

He issued the directions after a comprehensive report pertaining to worsening state of drought-stricken Tharparkar and deaths of children due to malnutrition was presented to him.

In the report, the Prime Minister was apprised of the terrible circumstances in the district.
