God has given his loved ones courage and the will to sacrifice but the better thing God given him is his brains and reason which are more important, because without reason you can't tell the difference courage and lunacy. Talk is important for keeping the narrative alive otherwise it disappears from people's consciousness.

You are correct in your assertion that I didn't mean it that way. That's why I mentioned building deniable covert capacities to support the resistance movements (by this I specifically mean stuff that can evade Indian SIGINT and the real-time help it gets from the NSA).

Pakistanis draw an unnecessary binary between economic strength and offensive (covert) action. Nobody is saying go to war. If you don't take offensive measures (and remain defensive), that economic growth will never occur --- because your enemy will be emboldened (and in this case also has the backing of a superpower, the US, which also controls global information and perceptions)... since you have not introduced any costs or fear of consequences for your enemy.

THIS is the problem with our approach of economic growth first. The economic growth can never properly happen as a US-backed conventionally superior adversary is hell-bent on destabilizing you. Both things need to happen together.
