The country needs metro railways ASAP. Due to tight budget the only cost effective choice right now is China.



Cars are replacing motorcycles in VN. By encouraging public transportation it will reduce gridlock and congestion. And avoid the mistakes of other countries like Jarkata, Indonesia which has no metro railway but a lot of cars.

Oh I see, I was under the impression that the country didn't have a MRT because it was building a metro subway. That BRT is impressive though.
