It is way beyond complicated, let me give you a real life scenario, assume a fight breaks out between different nationalities on the streets in a western country, I can bet on my life that there will be a group formed by Indians, Pakistanis, Bangladeshis, Sri Lankans and most probably Chinese on one side against whatever sh!it is on the other side including whichever country you belong to. I believe it is just ego and our ancestral hatred that keeps us separated. I have met Chinese and Sri Lankans in real life and have made friends with them, Haven't yet had the privilege to meet Pakistanis and Bangladeshis but believe me not, I can automatically be a part of their family as a friend if I wanted to and they would accept me as one, and I dare any Pakistani or a Bangladeshi here to refute that. The geo politics here is way beyond you.

indian china relationship depends a lot on indian pakistan relationship.
if indian pakistan relationship getting better then indian china relationship also getting better.
