not really, air India and kingfisher are in 10 times worst conditions thn PIA but when it comes to comfort/service, PIA needs to improve a lotttt

Kingfisher....have u even seen any Kingfisher planes. The planes that they are using even in domestic flights are much better than many other airlines. This is one of the main reason it is considered the most elite and premium airlines in India...far ahead of even Indigo which is ranked 2nd on this list. That's why they have highest fares by a big margin when compared to its contemporaries.

kingfisher is way better than PIA. It is as good as jet airways.
