As part of his release, Musharraf will be on the interior ministry's exit control list meaning he's not allowed to leave the country before his trial.

Musharraf is accused of ordering a crackdown on the pro-Taliban Red Mosque in Islamabad, in which imamAbdul Rashid Ghaziand his mother, Sahib Khatoon, were among the victims.

Musharraf was on self-imposed exile but returned earlier this year. He was banned from running in the general election and put under house arrest in April for a series of charges stemming from his time in power between 1999 and 2008, the BBC said.

He is accused of ordering the assassination of former Prime MinisterBenazir Bhuttoand Baloch tribal leader Nawab Akbar Bugti and is also charged with attempting to fire the higher judiciary in 2007, the BBC said.

Not really, The grant of bail is not acquittal from accusations. It means that one person will guarantee to the court that the accused will remain available during the legal proceedings. However, a person on bail is not held in jail but rather allowed to do the daily activities. Proven innocent and granted bail are two different things altogether and thats why mushi's name hasn't been removed from the ECL.
