Perturbed Indians keeping an Eye on Our Enhanced Air Defences

Since the last few months i have been witnessing a great deal of panic in the Indian Defence Analytical and Establishment fora, on our Enhanced air defence capabilities along the border. They are constantly keeping an eye on the deployment of our assets. Their perplexity ranges from our constant re deployments, unknown capabilities of our assets, their effectiveness in electronic warfare and countering counter measures mechanisms.
Although India is buying the Russian S400 Sam systems,the deployment of the humble LY80/HQ16A SAM systems has just made them SLEEPLESS!!!

Whatever Pakistan has done to improve the air defences along the border, has certainly not made the Indian planners very happy. We will not mind handing back again another pilot/pilots if the situation arises!!!

No secret we have been beefing up defenses, they started it with the S300 and S400 so shouldn't complain if we reciprocate. I would start putting up dummy SAM units everywhere to keep them really freaking out.

Nope, they should turn eyes by sending Karina and other Bollywoodies to the borders. That would do the trick.

Not surprised! Pakistan was well overdue to update their defence systems. What is surprising however, is the lack of security of the asset around that video posted!!! Haven't we learnt from the attack on our airbases? These Missile systems are bloody expensive. The least they could do is put in place road closures whilst transporting them or even a security convoy.

I hope they do it as well, if not there are plenty available from different sources.

Insufficient range.40 KM range against aircraft is not enough against modern PGM unless you have longer range SAMs to provide you layered cover or can ambush ingressing opponent using terrain cover.
