Use some common sense, why would a Chinese company pay you guys double? Unless maybe you are offering special services to the manager? I know how poor you guys are okay, I go to KTVs alot and the ladies always tell me how fck up it is in Vietnam... And I also visited their villages before on a tour

Some Chinese go into Vietnam to exploit the cheap labor and lower IQ population as it is easier to sell goods there. Less competitive and lazy comparitively.
