If we believe Kashmir to be integral part of India we have to treat kashmiris as one as well . There is enough space in Indian government and judicial system for them to air their grievances which we can together solve it . You have drawn a false equivalency. The riots in Haryana and Kashmir are entirely different in scale, intensity and reasons for conflict. Just because the term 'riots' can be used in both cases, it does not make them similar.

You did not see Haryana doing an ethnic cleansing did you?
You don't see people of Haryana trying to block the cops from jumping in encounters so that terrorists can escape ?
You don't see people of Haryana chanting about death of any religious group every Friday?

Are you serious or what? pellet guns dont kill ppl unless they are way too close. During Jat agitation they used real bullets. The question we should ask is why soft gloves for those rabid ethnic cleansers in kashmir and iron hand for the rest of India? If they had grievance they should have peaceful protest not throwing stones or having terrorists hiding among them and throwing grenades.
