Peak Feminism: Sexual Favors For Free Housing

. . .
Ofcourse I don't.

As for the gray's you mentioned I don't think there are any. Either a person commits a crime or he doesn't. Either someone is an apostate or he isnt, and the punishment for him is already prescribed (although as far as I am aware of no muslim country in modern history has executed anyone on such charges because everyone realises how ridiculous the law is).

So if you disagree with laws in the Quran and I am not taking about the applicability of those laws but the fact there are these unequal laws that can potentially be applied, (some more general others less)why do you call yourself a Muslim? Is it because you were born into a Muslim family? It seems to me you are clear that you disagree with the author of the Quran on this issue.

Regarding apostates, there is a difference of opinion on how to treat those who apostasize. If this is not within your knowledge then please watch the video I linked. (I was not taking about whether someone is one or not but rather what is the punishment)

I must say I appreciate your honesty. I wish more Pakistanis were like you.

Lawsuit Alleges ‘Culture’ of Sexual Abuse by Female Staff at Green Hill School
Attorney: Second Lawsuit Pending, Tort Claim Filed with State
A lawsuit filed last week in King County Superior Court alleges pervasive sexual misconduct committed by female staff against male inmates at Chehalis’ Green Hill School, a juvenile corrections facility, and that the school’s administration knew, but failed to stop the abuse.

“For years, a culture of sexual misconduct existed at Green Hill School. Specifically, it was common for the female staff at Green Hill School to engage in sexually inappropriate relationships with the residents, who were routinely minors,” the lawsuit reads.“Retaliation and suppression of complaints were common. Supervision of the staff was laissez faire at best and at worst supervisory staff actively condoned the abuse and protected the abusers.”

It is also clearly indicated by the hadeeth of Abu Bakrah who said that when the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) heard that the Persians had appointed the daughter of Chosroes as their queen, he said, “No people who appoint a woman as their leader will ever prosper.” (Reported by al-Bukhaari, 13/53).

But but according to our self-righteous Liberals only men can be evil oppressors. Women are angels who are always victims and could never do wrong to anyone

Ah, a clear case of mis-interpreation of the Quran.
now let us for a moment assume that the husband indeed is one degree higher than the wife.
Then it is also true that the mother is three degrees higher than the father, and paradise is under the mother's feet, and not the father's.

Moving on to the second Hadith of Abu Bakrah
this is the same fellow who put a false allegation against a person, failed to provide witnesses and was lashed
and we all know what the Quran says about false accusers, in case you dont

"And those who accuse chaste women then do not bring four witnesses, flog them, (giving) eighty stripes, and do not admit any evidence from them ever; and these it is that are the transgressors. Except those who repent after this and act aright, for surely Allah is Forgiving, Merciful."

so his tradition must be rejected outright
