You won't find cricketers with good technique with talent hunt

You need 2-3 Technically proper players from Academies

Talent hunt from where? It's stupidity if Authorities look for it as professional base ball doing. In Pakistan even for under 19 you need Safarish and Parchi with a lum sum amount to pay. Talent hunt my........

India have immensely talented batsmen like robin uthappa, yuvraj singh, sanju samson,gautam gambhir, rayadu, not making the way into team due to too many batsmen already, hence non availability of slot.

Likewise pakistan have immensely talented bowlers like amir, asif, junaid, umar gul not making way into team due to ban or other reasons.

Just a fictitious thought, if we had players exchange programme it wud make a perfect team for each others, with pakistan importing some batsmen and india importing some bowlers.

Pakistan needs to hire Sachin or Ganguly as batting coach. Even if it was for a 6-9 month consultation it will help.

Muhammad Irfan stood for 3 months outside PCB headquarters in 2009 to give a simple bowling test....Aqib Javed took him inside the premises and despite his entry in 2010 on tour of England he was never considered to be the part of national team until 2013-14...!! If we go little back, Pakistan discovered a new fast bowler named Muhammad Irshad ...a fierce pacer who took five wickets in an innings in a side match against England during their tour of Pakistan 2005-06, Michael Vaughn (English Skipper than) not only praised him but was highly surprised that why Muhammad Irshad was never given a single tiny small chance to make his entry into international cricket.....In his statement he said that Pakistan has another Shoaib Akhtar and it's amazing how he is not part of their national team...... I mean that's how Di## Heads PCB officials are....they have wasted immense talents yaarrrrr you name it........!!!! Sethi aur shehriyar jaisay chutiyay baithay rahen gy jab tak...hamari cricket ka haal es say bhe bura ho ga...!!
