Paypal Support in Pakistan

I think having Paypal support would boot the Economy in Pakistan.

A lot of freelancers require Paypal!

Regarding messaging apps, whatsapp's largest consumer base is India and only if we stop using whatsapp and switch to Hike messenger which is equally good, we can make it grow on a global scale like WeChat

We should develop our own apps, with modern technology parks to host and manage these apps from. We can also leverage the data to more accurately follow the national development, and adjust accordingly. China does so, and Pakistan should follow that lead. Foreign apps should also be allowed to operate, but Pakistani app developers should be motivated to catch up and excel with locally focused capabilities.
