Killing own child is most heinous of all crimes and those who can do it are capable of committing any other crime in the world, they are a threat to the society and should be treated accordingly.

This is not an issue of literacy or education. This is due to our casteist and male dominant society. If a man marries outside his caste, his family wont kill him, this privilege is only for the women. No woman should marry a man from Punjab, Haryana and Delhi if he does not have a sister. If his parents could not produce a daughter, then they should adopt as many girls as they have sons.
