don't know most of their nature,but most of them are somewhat in this nature..but three treaty is actually just like this kind of treaty Japan was talking about...Indo-Nepal,Indo-Bhutan and Indo-Qatar...

They should protect Japan from the EVIL China.

As they should protect British from the EVIL India.

And US too, from the EVIL Philippine.

Well its complicated. We indeed made a security pact with Russia, it was made during Soviet Union, but still it is continued. India, can make a security pact, with Japan alone, but again, the relations btw Japan and China are very tense and they going to war have a higher probability than anytime. So if Japan goes to war with China, and if we side with Japan, we have everything to loose wrt China. Not that we would be defeated in war, but in terms of diplomacy, trust earned, trade , everything.
And another likely scenario, China fighting a war with India. Here too Japan have nothing to loose to enter war on India's side.
India's war with Pakistan. I doubt Japan will even enter the war, doubt India might call for help too. Its purely an anti-Chinese alliance. And When Japan makes a pact with us, and US responsible for Japan's safety, we are indirectly entering into an military alliance with USA, which is not advisable at all.
Bottomline is, India is still not yet powerfull enough to make a pact. When we are militarily and economically, satisfactory, we can make any kind of security pact. Our policy should be independent.
Military exercises, JV of weapon products, YES, but a security pact, NO. One with Russia is wnough.

China also have a military pact with Russia too. China and Russia held a joint military exercise recently, in purpose to counter balance US-Japan military alliance.
