What the hell! After 2004 it was mandatory for every bearer certificate to show the name of owner(s). Justice sahib should direct the defense to produce certificate before court, such observations don't serve only legal purpose.

Because they say it is inquisitorial proceeding.. So judges themselves are trying to find the truth and lawyers are assisting them..

Hinting the defense a particular plea to hide tantamounts to digging up the truth is also known inquisitorial proceeding! New explanation! Even kangroo courts have some standards!

IK has to change few tactics and the team with little alteration, IMO otherwise, we will be seeing same team with different faces.

How wasn't he bad? The only towering personality after QA was defeated by rigging. Stopped the natural flow of things and growth of genuine leadership once again. The shift of capital all the way from Karachi to a new city near GHQ was another blunder. In the process, leadership who didn't support(Bangalis, Sindhis and Urdu) felt agitated and marginalised. The results of 1970s election considered to be largely lawful weren't accepted by the instituion as it was their resposibility to transfer the power.
