Palestinians mourn death of a Bangladeshi war hero

Don't translate our little insider discussions :p:

When I think about Saiful Azam, I think about the potential of Bangladeshis.

We HAVE to guard this potential against those who would seek to hinder its harnessing.

There is predominantly one entity that has interest in doing so. (but not the only ones)

. . . .
The point is pretty clear and obvious.

His achievements were when he was a Pakistani Citizen and part of the PAF. If memory serves, Bangladesh wasn't even conceived at the time.

The Basic Fundamentals of Flight and Combat are what he learned in the Pakistan Air Force.
PAF was funded by tax payer money from both wings.

. . .
The success some work towards is the downfall of others, perspective is the difference between right and wrong.

I tried to be vague but not so vague.

Still what you say is correct in a zero sum sorta way.

In terms of BD military capability, there is ONE entity with interest in limiting this.

And that is what I meant when I said we have to safeguard that from happening.

Of course there is spill over into other realms.

My post was not directed at you, certainly not in mala fide, I don't want there to be any misunderstanding.

I meant to say that perspective is God in these realms of morality and ethics.

Hero to some is a traitor to others.

Defeat for some is a victory for others.

Mass murder for some is an apt military response to unrest for others.

Lynchings are a crime for some and a fact of life for others.

Treachery to some is bravery to others.

It's all semantics, word play if you will, fresh interpretations bloom anew as you mix and match. Your view point and your perspective decide what you see in things.

We are all slave to our perspectives.
Our perception and perspective blurs the thin line between right and wrong. Morality goes out of the window when the black and white lens comes on.

Humanities oldest malady is our ability to form individualized interpretations of any given material or incident.

The greatest man is he, who has trained himself to see things from a different perspective from that of his own. One individual, varied perceptions, supreme intellectual, no opinion bias.

Bro, you speak very good English for someone brought up in Bangladesh and presumably did not go to an English Medium school (going by your command on Bengali). What is the secret? (No need to reveal if it may compromise your anonymity).

All credit to red hair man. :-)

I don't think I am as proficient at speaking English, as people perceive me to be. I just have a diverse vocabulary, or so I have been told, I presume this has to do with me pouring over books whenever I have time.

As for my bangla, you should see me hammer people verbally in Chittagonian, shuddu Bangla is khet language

Have you studied any higher education subjects? What's your profession if you don't mind me asking?
