Pakistan's Nasr BMD System: Cold water on Cold Start Doctrine?

Nasr is Pakistans Short range tactical ballistic missile as name suggests, it's range is 70Km approx. In latest tests Nasr achieve greater accuracy as it hits it's Target to pinpoint accuracy.
As Nasr is a Tactical ballistic missile system, it is greater threat to the advancing enemies.
Nasr is specially built to tackle the threat of neighbour India's COLD START DOCTRINE.
