On January 5, the Center for Middle East Policy at Brookings hosted a panel discussion taking a multifaceted look at this nation of 220 million people. The event included a discussion on domestic issues, ranging from the human and women’s rights situation to Islamist politics and ethnic and religious insurgencies within the country. In addition, the conversation focused on the implications of a Biden presidency for Pakistan, as well as the country’s changing role in the greater Middle East and South Asia. The panel featured Declan Walsh, former Pakistan bureau chief for the New York Times and author of the new book, “The Nine Lives of Pakistan: Dispatches from a Precarious State;” Brookings Senior Fellow Bruce Riedel; and David M. Rubenstein Fellow Madiha Afzal.

Westerners don't know shit about Pakistan. They don't even speak the language.

They are confused.

These librals were holding main stream media and they never said anything about indian terrorism in Pakistan even molvies like fazlu all we have been dealing people like moulana abdul aziz type nonsence whos now saying tea and coffee is haram.
Moulana masood azhar and janab Hafiz saeed have been on right track indian terrorists are like an animals we have to have lashes. other wise last 20 years we have been thru so much just cuz we let our librals to control our narratives.

I have been listening to these western folks who have no idea of the ground realities and tell us how to solve our problems. They don't know what the priorities are and how to solve them.

Current government has made massive progressive at several sectors and has given direction to the nation of 220 million people. Pakistan is on the right track, again need to stay away from any wars, eliminate the religious fanatics who black mail state and are also burden on Pakistan, continue the gains from army operation in former tribal areas, improve security situation in Balochistan, ensure CPEC infrastructure projects are completed on time and 2nd phase of SEZ is expedited.

If all of the above continues for next 10 years, Pakistan will be a complete different country, mark my words.
