There are clever Arabs who are rich, actually most rich Arabs are clever guys.

In general, Gold is middle eastern /Asian cult, but there's no truth behind car made of gold, those golden colored cars may be gold coated, which may be even 10 Karat.

That bling reminds me of my grandfather's gold plated derringer which he always kept in his smoking jacket. Personally I am not a fan of ornamental firearms! But whatever floats your boat!
