وإستعرض مساعد مدير الكلية النتيجة النهائية لدارسى الدورات الثلاثة ، ثم قام مدير إدارة شئون ضباط القوات المسلحة بإعلان قرار رئيس الجمهورية منح الأنواط لأوائل الخرجيين .
وقام القائد العام بتقليد أوائل الخريجين من مصر والدول المشاركة نوط الواجب العسكرى من الطبقة الثانية تقديراً لتفوقهم العلمى والبحثى وتفانيهم فى أداء مهامهم طوال فترة دراستهم بالكلية .
وألقى أقدم الدارسين المصريين كلمة أشاد فيها بدور الكلية فى الإرتقاء بمستوياتهم العلمية والقيادية ، وتنمية قدراتهم على الفكر المتجدد وتطوير الأداء وإتباع الأسلوب العلمى فى حل ومعالجة المشكلات ، مؤكداً إدراك الخريجين أنهم مقبلون على مرحلة جديدة من العمل الجاد والجهد المستمر داخل وحداتهم وتشكيلاتهم للوفاء بالمهام المقدسة المكلفين بها للدفاع عن الوطن وشعبه العظيم .
وقدم أقدم الدارسين الوافدين الشكر والإمتنان للقوات المسلحة المصرية على ما لمسوه من رعاية وإهتمام وإكتسابهم المبادئ والخبرات الراقية طوال فترة دراستهم فى الكلية بإعتبارها أحد الروافد العظيمة التى أمدت القوات المسلحة المصرية والدول المختلفة بنخبة من القادة والكفاءات العسكرية التى تؤدى دورها بنجاح تام فى خدمة أوطانهم على كافة المستويات .

وألقى اللواء أح / عبد الناصر حسن العزب مدير كلية القادة والأركان كلمة أشار فيها إلى حرص القيادة العامة للقوات المسلحة على الإهتمام بهذا الصرح العلمى لما له من دور بارز فى بناء أجيال متعاقبة من الضباط المتسلحين بالعلم والمعرفة فى كافة المجالات العسكرية والمدنية فى مصر والدول المختلفة .
وأوصى الخريجين بمداومة البحث والإطلاع والمعرفة لمواكبة التطور العلمى فى كافة المجالات وإثراء ودعم خبراتهم العسكرية التى تعينهم على إتخاذ القرار السليم ، وتنفيذ المهام والواجبات المكلفين بها سلماً وحرباً .
وأكد الفريق أول / صدقى صبحى خلال لقاءه بالخريجين أن العقيدة العسكرية للقوات المسلحة ترتكز على أسس راسخة من العمل والعطاء بإعتبارها ملكاً للشعب المصرى وسنداً لقضايا أمتها العربية والإسلامية وأحد دعائم الأمن والإستقرار لكافة شعوب المنطقة فى ظل ما تشهده من تحديات وأزمات تستلزم التكاتف والتضامن والعمل المشترك من أجل القضاء على التطرف والإرهاب وحماية ركائز الأمن القومى المصرى والعربى وتوفير مستقبل أكثر إستقراراً للأجيال القادمة .

وفى نهاية الإحتفال قام القائد العام بإفتتاح عدد من القاعات الدراسية الجديدة التى تمثل إضافة جديدة للمنظومة التعلمية داخل كلية القادة والأركان .
