Great Job Pakistan Coast Guards.. Its good to teach Indian fishermen and smugglers a lesson now and then, to respect the Pakistani sea border.

Pakistan can't fight India face to face so can show its ' bravery ' with innocent , poor fishermen .

India will follow the suit ....and in few months Pakistan will release these fishermen as ' good-will gesture "

I replied in the exact same tone you did. BTW, did you notice several hateful comments by Pakistanis about "blue navy" drowning in cow urine, being eunuchs, being "haram ke pillay" and so on? If you want to preach respect for armed forces, do so to your countrymen, not to me. Indians including me have not responded in the hateful and venomous tone that Pakistanis have.

Again - It's your claim that they were in International waters and keeping history in view there are 99.99% chances that they were in Pakistan's EEZ - Pakistani coast guards don't have that much resources & capability that they will go on hunting in international water. They are protecting Pakistani's water that's enough for us.

I did not say that "blue water navy" is derogatory. However you were kind enough to give me a lesson in mutual respect, and I was pointing out that the lesson may be much more beneficial to your own countrymen, who said far worse things. I did not see you giving them the same lesson of respect, but when I made a comment that wasn't anywhere near as insulting as theirs, you put on your preacher's hat.

And by the way - although the term 'blue water' navy is not derogatory, you know as well as I do that mentioning IN's blue water status or ambitions in this thread is a subtle way to poke fun. Otherwise, blue water or brown water has no relevance here. That term was already used on this thread by others to laugh at India and allege impotence, although the fact is that India's navy has no mandate of escorting fishermen, that is the coast guard's job.

As for the rest of your post, it is one side's claim against the other's, and there is no point debating it here. And that was the implied message in my post number 24 - the short rebuttal was meant to drive home that point.

The Indian navy will not get involved, their duty is solely to wage war. Escorting and protecting fishermen is the coast guard's job, within territorial waters. Indian navy is completely irrelevant to this topic.
