The incident should be properly investigated. If the man was, in fact, trying to rape her then he shpuld be punished severely (in addition to whatever has happened).

Unfortunately, I've known more than one case of disgruntled lovers using false elegations of rape and such to get back the other. A woman in my area did something like this and used the rape card.

*ISLAMABAD - **Pakistani girl chopped off man's penis who tried to rape her.*

*A man’s penis was chopped off after he attempted to rape a woman in Punjab’s Jaranwala, police said.*

According to the FIR, a 24-year-old woman chopped off the 30-year-old man’s genitals when he attempted to rape her on January 30.

The FIR was registered on the complaint of the survivor’s father at the Jaranwala City police station.

It reads that his daughter told him that the suspect barged into her house armed with a knife, threatened to kill her and attempted to force himself on her. On finding an opportunity, the woman grabbed the knife from him and chopped off his penis after which the man ran off screaming, her father’s statement reads.

The police says the man is in police custody and under treatment at a hospital. The incident is being investigated.

In an initial statement to the police, the suspect has not only denied the accusations against him, but also accused the woman of calling him to her place and of attacking him, the police said.

Then the law should take effect and she should be punished. Hence why I said in my previous post "If such a case is true (rape) then well done on the woman." I purposes used the word "If". But I would rather believe the woman. In our society woman have less rights and they need more protection from domestic violence and cases such as rape.

Indian society is different, Pakistani women are most of the time under protection of family members.

I wouldn't be surprised as honour is imperative in Pakistan. But child abuse and rape is rising in Pakistan or at least the issue is being highlighted due to social media. We must protect our women who often have less rights and are pressurized by society. The man shouldn't have came into the house in the first place. Second if the father was the person who did the deed of chopping his penis then I am sure forensics will prove this.

What does India have to do with this topic. Come on are you denying child abuse and rape doesn't happen in Pakistan. Have you forgotten family members can also abuse their relatives. Pakistan will never progress forward until we accept the problem and fix it. I want the Govt to go after these cockroaches and then publicly execute them to give a clear warning.
