absolutely!!!. I make it sometimes not to same receipe but similar way using impala meat mixed in with sheep fat :) to be in heaven for!

Yes i believe this is the baby version :). i had it first time in Fordsburg - around 20cm diameters.

here is the key ....

#1. make sure you use cast iron base.
#2. If you cant find #1, go to an old farm house; pick up and old tractor plough - get it scrubbed and cleaned up nice. that is around 90cm-1m wide; perfect to cook in.
#3. use sheep fat to mix in
#4. Corinader green and seeds plus green chillis.

That is all.

My taste buds are imagining the succulent meat in my mouth.
Impala is tops. the king is Kudu but what we do is add the fat rump of the kalahari ox into it.

it is out of the world in terms of delicate flavour
