It's because we don't have many centres for specific problems like most pakistanis used to visit india for lever transplant but now it will decrease after the inauguration of lever department in rawalpindi Military Hospital.

Same here in India, They also produce better doctors IMO, because only the best students get admission and get to see all kind of ''cases". How much it cost in govt colleges ? I think it will be much cheaper than millions some members have stated.
