You've lost comparable numbers in insurgencies in India. Secondly this year is on record for being the lowest in attacks ever since the war on terror has begun. Numerous press reports e.g. from the Economist report that Pakistan's internal operations have been a major success

It is very easy to say these type of things even yr army is facing a insurgency in Balochistan, The number of army check posts have doubled and so the attacks on levies. Despite the top class security,the militants were able to attack Karachi aiport, and PNS naval base and other vital installations.

What insurgency? Oh the one that Baloch regiments are crushing beneath their bayonets and jackboots! The one where countless numbers have surrendered! The one where their most profile grouping outside Pakistan has decided to work with the government! The one where they can't even mount a successful attacks of any signficance, apart from poor labourers!
Yes the place you named have been attacked, but they've been attacked in countries with far more resources at their disposal than Pakistan. Do you remember the numerous attacks on Bagram airbase? What about the attack on camp Bastion?
The bottom line is the frequency and intensity of such attacks has declined greatly.

about our defense budget u people were saying same when we were buying 8 subs from china worth $5 billion and 6 billon is our budget so money is not a problem
Russia does-not worry because they know India will diversify it def imports after fgfa so they know if we start selling to pak they can minimize their loss
