I didn't see the video though.
But jokes apart ACM did give interview few days ago and he did mentioned specifically that AZM is going to be better and more stealthy then f35 and we are going to see progress very soon in coming years.

Manufacturing a Jet Engine to me is higher priority vs Stealth
I don't see stealth as the defacto technology.

It is a great advantage but having Locally manufactured engine in Pakistan is perhaps a greater necessity

I don't see stealth tech arriving in near future, Pakistan might do a herba like suprise but normally hiding a stealth prototype is harder from peeking eyes of reporters and people

Who knows one day Trump might decide to do a tweet and next day we unveil out stealth plane
