Military exercises being run jointly with Afghanistan and Pakistan began in Turkey on Monday, according to the report of Turkish General Staff, posted on its official website.
According to the report, exercises are being conducted by the divisions of the Special Forces of Turkish, Afghan and Pakistani Armed Forces. The goal of this training is to develop cooperation between the Special Forces of these countries, as well as preparation for joint operations and exchange of experience.
It is reported that the exercises being conducted in the Isparta province will last until August 28.
