Pakistan to Produce A100 MLRS


Authoritative sources from the Pakistani defence industry sector told Kanwa that the Suparco factory in Karachi is poised to produce the Chinese-designed A100 10-barrel Multiple Launch Rocket System (MLRS).

Nobdy knows! we didnt even know if we had A100 in inventry till azm-e-nau....

If it's an A100E, then that's the export variant ,the AR1A.

I hope we get the best available.

i said in a previous thread of A100 MLRS that Pakistan will acquire huge numbers of 300mm MLRS. now it makes sense to produce them in numbers and setup a local lathe machines ( production). As of 2008 Pakistna had or was in process of raising 8 to 12 Regiments armed with 300mm MLRS and its associated systems.

if we are going to mass produce them then i am sure the numbers of 30+ regiments wont surprise me.

A100 comes under Artillery not Air defence.....
