C-17 have 1000km range ??????? as soon as they takeoff from afghanistna they need fuel ?

as i know c-17 have range of some 10390km

this is what i am saying too bhai kcs are escorting fighters over afghanistan and using for afghan missions via pakistani air space . they land in pakistan or not they are start using our airspace for afghan military missions . what a shame .how paf feel when see USAF fighters and tankers flying in their airspace ?

Should be no surprise. Read my posts on the "no bases thread". USA doesn't need bases inside Pakistan, only over flight access. A complete break with USA is not on the cards for Pakistan. USA and Pakistan will have to develop a new working relationship independent of India or China. It will centered on counter terrorism and economic development.

Your 20 years late in making this discovery. Since 2001 invasion of Afghanistan Musharaf's government gave a strip of air over Balochistan to USAF to use for it's logistics for Afghanistan? How else do you think America and NATO has been supplying their forces? Over Iran?

They use Gulf Arab countries as hubs and then fly over what they call "the boulevard" over Pakistan which was given by Musharaf and has been followed by every Pakistani government since then.

Got to get out of Afghanistan some how. USA will continue to require Pakistani airspace long after this for access to hit Al-Qaeda types. Better for Pakistan to continue counter terror cooperation.

What alternative do you suggest? We are in no shape to say no and have a complete break with the USA. Cooperation is the best approach.....for the withdrawal and against OBL types.
