PAKISTAN – THE WAY TO GO FORWARD

Pakistan is currently in a terrible mess thanks to decades of mismanagement and wrong policies by its leaders. Half of the 68 years of its existence has been ruled by politicians and rest has been ruled by military dictators so both politicians and military leaderships are equally responsible for bringing Pakistan to where we are. No doubt that during our troubled history, our country has reached certain remarkable milestones like becoming a nuclear power and also standing resolutely against enemies like India, Soviet Union and now USA and trying its best to keep alive. We, however are much below as far as our socio economic development and good governance are concerned.

My belief is that people of Pakistan have potential to reach great heights in any field provided they get a leadership which has three characteristics, sincerity, strength, and sensibility. Unfortunately after our founder Quaid-e Azam and Liaqat Ali Khan we never found a leader who had all three characteristics at same time and hence today Pakistan seem to be like a ship without a rudder in troubled waters.

Pakistani nation now is desperately looking for a Messiah . They found a glimpse of hope in Iftekhar Chaudhry when he stood against General Musharraf on the issue of privatization of Steel Mill and people came on street in masses but they were let down after they found the reality of Iftekhar Chaudhry . Similarly people once again thought of Imran Khan and Tahir ul Qadri as their saviours and once again came out in streets to support the 2014 ‘dharna’ but again it ended in further disappointment due to hollow character of both these .

Now the nation again is pinning hope on a new Messiah and that is General Raheel Shareef . His bold acts against terrorism, corruption, and external threats is winning the hearts of this nation specially since at the same time the soulless and corrupt politicians like Nawaz Sharif , Zardari and Altaf are stabbing this country not only in its back through corruption but right in its heart by colluding with the enemies of the nation. Now their next generation is also getting ready to rule and if they are successful then our children will suffer even more then we are doing.

The nation of 200 million people have again build very high hopes of General Raheel Sharif and waiting for him to take some concrete action to get our country rid of not only of corrupt politicians but also bring change in this corrupt system which has decayed our country since decades. No doubt, so far actions of our military establishment has been able to break the notorious network of terrorists in troubled areas like Tribal Belt, Balochistan and Karachi and also have put immense pressure on the Government to put a stop on corruption but people consider these actions as just a start and there is too much to be done in this respect. We have not seen the end of Mullah Fazlullah and his main collaborators who are still hiding in Afghanistan. We have not seen any big fish getting caught, tried, or sentenced for terrorism, target killing, and corruption. Even cases like Ayyan Ali and Dr. Aasim are lingering on and on and seems like a joke on the face of justice.

The biggest contradiction our nation is seeing is that on one hand our military and security personnel as well as innocent public including APS school children are being massacred by our enemies, their agents like Kulbashan Yadev being caught on our soil, but on the other hand civilian Government is going out of the way to defend enemies like India and Afghanistan and not doing anything at all.

As a citizen of Pakistan I can easily see that the current ‘hybrid’ system in which the political elite is moving towards one direction while military establishment is going completely at the opposite is not going to work for long. Our military establishment has to decide once and for all where they stand.

People do not care if they are ruled by politicians or Military leadership. They want to see an end to malice of terrorism and corruption from our country and to see a leader or team of leaders who can assure good governance. At present our military establishment and most of all General Raheel Sharif is seen as a person who can bring much needed change in our country. The best scenario would be for military to take over and bring a team of able and people of good reputation to run the country. The main areas like Finance, Foreign Policy and Defense should be in the hand of experts and not like current useless ministers. We need to strengthen our relations with our friends like China much more than before to make sure that projects like CPEC are carried out on time and without problem. At the same time military establishment must make sure that the corrupt elite is being caught and punished and money looted from our country should be brought back.

No doubt there will be international pressure especially from USA and Western world but if people of Pakistan have faith in their leadership then they are ready to make any sacrifice and with the help of Allah and people’s power, Insha Allah no harm can come to our country.

The problem in Pakistan has been mostly on Civilian Side

Educated class has joined military and the Military is a equal opportunity institute , honest and dependable , the number one reason for success is Education & Skill of the people.

Penalty for dishonesty is high in Armed forces

Analyzing the Civilian Structure:

The Profiteer
This type of person is rampant in current Pakistan Corporate / civilian system. Has no skills other then selling a service an making a quick side profit (Commission) . His best weapon is using $$ to influence those under him/her.

The Astrocrat:
This type is born with a silver spoon , has no background in civil system social services. However he feels that the roads, the benefits of leadership , the cities and districts are his grandfather's property. He has his own mafia (Karkunan) and 20 car escorts . When someone questions him /her their response is normally use the "Ethnic card" to demonstrate their power

The Hard working Grade A Type:
Most of time people in this group are good students , perhaps lacking in sports abilities , not able to join military. But they are hard workers 10/10 students , they generally can't rise the social structure beyond the stage of "Jobs" they work for their Masters (Leaders normally the Profiteer or Aristocrat).

So what they do is either they take a job locally or they go to Middle east to practice their trade

Some move to North America or Europe

Doctors
Nurses
Engineers
Accountants
Teachers


The Manipulator:
This group normally includes folks who are generally drop outs in school , or they quit school in early ages but they still want to get the job for Grad A students. These member of society normally present a persona of "high class" however their real status is quiet low. These group members believe in cheating in exams , they feel that if they cheated in exams they can cheat the system. On Average they pass with D or C average in school or sometimes even don't pass at all. Once in the real world they try to manipulate, the system so they can rise above the rank. They target good jobs in Nation , they try to win the jobs by influence , Sifarish. Sometimes they will lie about their degree or education credentials. May be pay someone. If these group members are with political party the party might overlook their grades and still hire them into Government corporations. Once in the corporate world the minipulators seek people like themselves so they form a GROUP, a group that work with each other so they can get rid of the hard working people and make it possible for them to rise in the ranks or remain hired.

Their biggest chant is "Sub Yehi Kartain hain" it is their national anthem

• When you hear the chant "Sub Yehi Kartain hain" , means this person is manipulator himself
• May it lead to tax evasion , Electricity theft , Reckless driving, beating traffic police cop , Hitting a caprasi in Bank , Property mafia

The minpulators may also use religion or Ethnic structure to give their cause prominence

• Example "DIESAL" he does tells people it is haram to vote PTI to use his religios position as a tool to manipulate uneducated class

The Un Educated:
These are generally folks who never went to school , may be they had to work instead of school most are decent folks but they have low level of jobs or society function available to them.

The lowest of the group , street children are susceptible to crime life in their Teenage age group

Law are introduced to put sales tax on this group or manipulate prices to put pressure on this group as their is low resistance (So far , 2015 Dharna was act one of this group with DANDA in their hands)


Why we have a problem

• Becasue in our society the Profiteer & Manipulator groups have become dominant
  
• The Edcuated class in civil sector no longer sees an opportunity due to the "QABZA" on jobs and opportunities
  
• The people responsible for controlling Justice system they themselves are afraid to challenge the Profiteer & Manipulators, becasue the Justice system has been bought and laws have been changed to facilitate Profiteers and Manipulators
• Most politicians in Pakistan are under these two groups in Pakistan who introduce laws to protect the two groups
• Now the Astrocrat group like to work with Profiteer & Manipulator groups, as they pose no intellectual challenge but they help the Astrocrat get the vote. So there is a mutual beneficial relation. All these group group will write laws and minipulate the Justice system to make sure they are never questioned in courts or law

**Note ineffectiveness of Police is a major issue and weak justice system that grants bails and stay orders for 20 years. Police in many cases does not have ability to charge any one in Profiteer or Manipulator group let alone dare to look at an Astrocrat class guy

Lack of free Detective / Research to protect weak vs rich groups allows Thousand of courts cases to go in favour of Profiteer or Manipulator group

Solution:

• Kick out the Astrocrats
  
• Introduce property tax on Agricultural Land to end this class forever
  
• Introduce corporations to take over land and invest in Modern farming

• In corporations Evaluate the Degrees , and introduce Certifications to put pressure on weaker members to fall out of company promotion schemes. Ensure these certifications are done in a "Reliable institute"

• 5-10 Year sentences for Fraud and Tax Evasion

• Make it possible to decide on cases in 1-3 days, not 10-20 years

• Police pay & Detective team should be high end to provide justice and good investigation against rich , and court cases need to be decided in 2-3 days

• Police force should be under command of a head of Police who does not reports to any politicians, only to Supreme court
• Free Lawyers should be provided to Poor
