7Logs for IP addresses / User information accessing unlawful content shall be stored in a central database to facilitate analysis / Data Mining with the facility to export data to standard formats i.e. CSV, XML etc.

Generate and store logs containing IP address, user information if any e.g. social media ID, date/time, accessed unlawful web content, unlawful website URL etc. for protocols mentioned in point 4 above.

Applicant will ensure and prove that 100% traffic is monitored on international links without errors and all asymmetries (multi-path signaling of all types) are accounted for all required protocols.

Capability to capture data off-the- network with no disturbance in the main traffic.

Ability to block access of unlawful content on Mobile and Software Apps without affecting their other functionality.

Their country their rules. It’s up to Pakistanis on how they want their data used. Regardless, Google monitors and records everything you do. Plant cookies and sells your data to advertisers. And if asked, it will hand over data to the government.

1) Western countries have superior Internet. Speeds of 1gbps not 2mbps are the norm.

2) Western countries have superior internet quality without any disconnections and slow Internet at different times.

3) There's freedom of speech in western countries. You can speak against the government and anyone without being thrown in a ditch.

4) West has superior payment systems which don't require a VPN to use like PayPal.

Pakistan is like a dobi ka kuta na ghar ka na ghat ka. Either follow our own rules or follow the west.

Today’s risk with internet are such that it requires a control. If only we were using internet for our betterment... rest is investments. And you know very well what investments were made during last decades about internet.

1 & 2. Its not the job of govt to provide high quality internet. Its the greed of Pakistani ISPs and bad infrastructure.

3. Selective freedom of speech to be true. Do you know anything about Edward Snowden and Julian Assange. What about Holocaust denial??

4. Again Paypal is not blocked by govt of Pakistan. Its their own decision to not do business in Pakistan. There are many alternatives in Pakistan why dont you use them such as Easypaisa, Jazzcash, Mastercard, Visa, Payoneer and several others. Paypal is not a white unicorn.

yes, and it’s not strange why in the top word request list of the year published by google by country, “****” or “gay” come first in Pakistan (at least in past years).

Monitoring in necessary for security of Cyber space, lots of malicious activities are happening by adverseries, I heard Karachi Electric network was attacked by bharti State sponsored APT group few days ago.

Security is must, I don't care if state know what I am searching or which p0rn whore I am into nowadays as long as their is no leak, I can't trust PTA, it should be handled by ISI's Wing.
